ZAMERIS — Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ZAMERIS website, waitlist and early-access application. By accessing zameris.in, submitting a waitlist application, or participating in the ZAMERIS early-access programme, you agree to these Terms.

2. About ZAMERIS

ZAMERIS is currently developing its products and services. The waitlist provides an opportunity to express interest in receiving early or beta access. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee:

  • access to the ZAMERIS platform
  • a particular access date
  • access to any particular feature
  • continued access to a beta or preview
  • a particular subscription plan
  • a particular price
  • a particular product roadmap
  • availability of any particular functionality

3. Waitlist and Early Access

Submitting a waitlist application does not constitute a purchase, subscription, employment relationship, partnership, agency relationship, or guarantee of service. We may determine early-access availability based on factors such as:

  • available capacity
  • product readiness
  • compatibility with beta testing requirements
  • waitlist position
  • applicable referral programmes
  • operational considerations

4. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide information that is accurate and reasonably current when submitting a waitlist application. You must not knowingly:

  • provide false or misleading information
  • impersonate another person
  • register using another person’s email address without authorisation
  • manipulate referral systems
  • create fraudulent or automated registrations
  • interfere with waitlist operations

5. Acceptable Use

You must not use the website or waitlist to:

  • attempt unauthorised access to our systems
  • interfere with website or infrastructure operation
  • deploy malicious code
  • abuse APIs or forms
  • circumvent access controls
  • conduct automated activity intended to manipulate the waitlist
  • scrape or systematically extract information in a manner prohibited by applicable law or our instructions
  • conduct security testing against our systems without our express written authorisation
  • engage in activity that violates applicable law

6. Early-Access and Beta Software

If you receive access to a preview, beta, or early-access version of a ZAMERIS product, that software may:

  • contain bugs or errors
  • experience downtime
  • have incomplete functionality
  • change without notice
  • contain experimental features
  • have features removed or replaced

Early-access software is provided for evaluation and testing purposes unless we expressly state otherwise.

7. Intellectual Property

The ZAMERIS name, logo, trademarks, original website content, original designs, graphics, written materials, software and other materials owned or controlled by ZAMERIS are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except as expressly permitted by us or applicable law, you may not:

  • reproduce our branding
  • copy our proprietary website content
  • distribute our proprietary materials
  • reverse engineer software where prohibited by law
  • use our trademarks in a manner that suggests an unauthorised association

8. Third-Party Services

The website or future ZAMERIS services may rely on third-party providers, infrastructure, payment services, communications services, APIs or other technologies. Third-party services may be subject to their own terms, policies and availability.

9. Availability

We aim to keep the website and waitlist reasonably available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. No Guarantee of Future Service

Participation in the waitlist does not guarantee that ZAMERIS will launch any particular product, feature, service or commercial offering. We may modify the product roadmap, features, pricing, launch schedule or availability before launch.

11. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the waitlist and pre-launch materials are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We do not guarantee that:

  • the website will always be available
  • information on the website will always be error-free
  • early-access software will operate without defects
  • any particular feature will launch
  • access will be granted to every waitlist applicant

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZAMERIS and the applicable operating entity will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses arising from your use of the waitlist or participation in an early-access programme.

13. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the waitlist or early-access programme where reasonably necessary. You may stop participating in the waitlist at any time by contacting us or using an available unsubscribe mechanism.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we may update the “Last Updated” date and provide additional notice where appropriate.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to applicable law, disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the ZAMERIS waitlist will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
